Refunds & Cancellations

  • If you miss part of an event, we do not offer partial refunds.

  • We charge a $50 administrative fee for all canceled registrations when cancellations are made less that 24 hours before the workshop or the first class starts.

  • If you contact us at least 24 hours before the event for which you registered, we will gladly refund your full tuition minus the administrative fee. Contact Meganwind Eoyang at: 1-707-775-7178 or meganwind.e@gmail.com

  • If Winds o’Change cancels a class or workshop for any reason, we are happy to give you a full refund.

  • For individual and couples’ sessions, there is a $50 cancellation fee requested when a session is canceled or rescheduled less that 24 hours before the appointment. There is no charge for a session cancelled by the trainer.

Fees

  • When paying through PayPal, we would be grateful for you to add 3.5% to defray the service fees. We want PayPal to receive payment for the service they are providing, and at the same time, we live fairly “close to the bone,” so these fees add up for the trainer.

Why These Policies?

  • If you cancel, we want to be sure the people on our waiting list have enough notice to be able to attend the event.

  • It takes time, paperwork, and care to process each registration and cancellation. The administrative fee helps cover some of these costs.
